Hello! Welcome to the Diary Days & Dates newsletter for paid subscribers, which follows on from the free-every-Friday edition to cover the next six months: Monday 29 April to Monday 16 September, or International Dance Day to National Teaching Assistants’ Day.
This week, I managed to read some Japanese characters in the credits of this super-cute/kawaii Netflix series (I lived in Tokyo for a while, and studied Japanese), discussed Oranges are not the Only Fruit by Jeanette Winterson at book group, and baked a mash-up of two classic cake recipes: lemon drizzle and seed cake.
Thank you for the support you give me by being a paid subscriber: it’s really appreciated, and enables me to create better newsletters – for all subscribers.
If you know someone else who’d like Diary Days & Dates, you could give them a gift subscription.
Want a customised calendar?
Sick of scrolling past irrelevant (to you) dates in these newsletters? I can create a customised calendar focused on your chosen subject area. I’ve done this for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, a couple of charities and an NHS team. Health, fashion, drinks, environment… Tell me what you want…
